Problem is my booking was already paid and confirmed in Agoda! I demanded to get my money back but she just told me to contact Agoda which was impossible because i hadnt this hotel id, and i was told they dont have one? After long fight and a phone call to some man from oyo i guess , i finally got the room.
The room was really dirty, it had last customers dirty clothes around and some leftovers in fridge. Disgusting bathroom etc I was tired of fighting so i stayed one night but will be more careful in the future what i book. Something like this should not have happened! We are extremely apologetic to hear such kind of hassle faced, however, this has been highlighted with our team to take necessary measures so that such issues do not repeat.
Regards, Anwar. I booked and paid the hotel on Agoda by credit card, received booking confirmation. Upon arrival, the receptionist who was eating dinner while talking to me said that if I want my room I have to pay an additional THB on top of what I already paid to Agoda. If I don't I should call OYO Hotels and liaise with them. This is outrages and unacceptable and Agoda should not have partners like this in their offer.
